Lorraine Impey is a self-employed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner working on a contractual basis at Northeast Kingdom Human Services, where she was previously employed for 33 years.. In partnership with her husband, James, Lorraine owns Impey Vermont Real Estate, a firm that specializes in historic preservation, and has restored a number of local historic properties including the Summer Street School and the Emerson Falls Fish Hatchery, 1898 Superintendent’s Building, and Carriage Barn.
