Lyndon Institute’s annual Spring Dance Recital is an opportunity for family, friends, and the broader LI community to come together and celebrate students’ learning in the Lyndon Institute spring semester Dance Program.  This spring’s performances will feature students in a variety of ensembles:  Jazz Dance, Modern Dance, the auditioned-based Dance Company, two dance intern students, the Contemporary Dance Club, Pointe Club, and Hip Hop Club. Choreographies will both showcase learning in the foundational studies of dance technique and artistry as well as demonstrate students' skills and knowledge of these studies through the use of the elements of dance (time, space, and energy). Their performances will highlight issues teens face and the evolution of dance form through time.

This year’s spring recital will also feature senior dancers and a ceremony to induct new members into Vermont’s first high school chapter of the National Honor Society Dance Arts.

The annual LI Spring Dance Recital will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lyndon Institute Alumni Auditorium. Admission is free.
