Javin Leonard is the Marketing Specialist at Lyndon Institute who works to promote our school and events. Javin handles campus photography, provides graphic design for printed and digital marketing needs, manages the school's social media accounts and website, and provides support for the school's communication efforts. After spending nearly a decade in the publishing industry as a graphic designer/marketer and photographing all that Vermont has to offer for over 25 years, he feels strong imagery and solid design go hand in hand to showcase Lyndon Institute and celebrate our community.

Javin has won several local and regional awards for his photography, and as a student at Johnson State College (now NVU - Johnson) was awarded the Steven Schnyder Photography Scholarship for outstanding performance in photography. Other notable achievements include winning both 1st and 2nd place in an international graphic design competition held by BPA Worldwide in collaboration with a fellow graphic designer and a Vermont Studio Center scholarship.

Javin enjoys writing and recording original music, scouring Vermont and the greater New England area for potential landscape and wildlife photo opportunities, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family.
