Biography
Patricia B. Emery ’70, grew up in Lyndonville and graduated from Lyndon State College. She has been a licensed Vermont real estate agent since 1976 and is currently a realtor with Parkway Realty. Ms. Emery is one of the top-producing realtors in northern Caledonia County and is the recipient of several awards for her professional achievements including: NEK Board of Realtors, 1990 and 1994 Realtor of the Year; 2006 Governor's Award for Outstanding Service; and, Northeast Kingdom Business Celebration – 2006 Business Person of the Year. She is an active member of the Northeast Kingdom community, serving as a trustee of The Riverside School, Advisory Board member of Community National Bank, Lyndonville Rotary member (President 2009-2010), and as a corporator of Northern Vermont Regional Hospital. Ms. Emery is a resident of Lyndonville and she enjoys spending time with her husband, grown daughter and son, and their families. She also enjoys hiking, skiing and snowshoeing in the scenic beauty of our local hills and mountains.

Founded in 1867, Lyndon Institute is dedicated to providing a unique educational experience for our students that leads to a lifetime of learning and good citizenship. ARTS

Lyndon Institute is one of the few high schools in Vermont that offers a complete range of Fine and Performing Arts courses. These include full course loads in each discipline: fine and graphic arts, theater, instrumental and vocal music, and dance. Students can choose from a range of classes in each of the disciplines ranging from introduction to art, photography, AP level art classes, and painting; acting, introduction and techniques in dance, jazz and lyrical ballet, dance history and improvisation/composition to dance company, plus concert and jazz band to chorus and select chorus.
